YP Reno County can provide training for Reno County students, youth groups, and other youth organizations. YP members or other community volunteers are prepared to lead sessions for your organization on leadership and life skills.  If you have questions or would like to learn more about the different topics available please email the Voice team.

HCC Leadership Mentors

YP Reno County has partnered with Hutchinson Community College and their Leadership Scholars program. Group events throughout the year will be planned for YP members and HCC students to attend.  The purpose is to encourage HCC students to "get out" in our community and experience what it's like to live, work and play in Reno County post-student days.

Reno County Backstage Pass

We've partnered with the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce and the Reno County Growth Coalition to offer this service. This recruitment program is specifically for businesses that will ever have a "recruit" in town. Request a YP member to meet with your potential hire and give them a "backstage pass" to Hutchinson and Reno County. Wouldn't it be great to have your recruit spend some time with someone in their demographic on their interview day? We're interested in helping you sell our community from a YP perspective.
