This month's topic is Volunteerism. We're meeting at the Hutchinson Public Library (not the Quest Center) in the Children's Room from noon - 1 p.m. While we did run over the time at last month's lunch, we promise not too anymore!

 

Staff from The Volunteer Center will be on hand to talk about volunteer opportunities, trends in volunteer service, and answer your questions. Volunteers are a crucial part of the fabric of our community and there are so many ways we can lend a hand. Also, Richard Shank will speak on volunteerism from the viewpoint of an employer.

 

As always, lunch is provided with your registration fee, but you MUST register by Tuesday at 5 p.m. You can still register after Tuesday at 5 or come without registering, but we can't guarantee you a lunch (though you still will need to pay the fee to attend).
