The purpose of Reno County Backstage Pass is to provide potential employees or recruits the opportunity to have a “no pressure” conversation on their interview day with a community volunteer.

After a request is made matches will be made by YP Reno County or the Growth Coalition, depending on demographic. All volunteers are required to go through a half-day training session before they can be assigned a meeting. Training includes information on city government, schools, churches, parks, housing, taxes, etc. and is being coordinated by the Chamber.

You, as a business, will have the opportunity to submit an online request form that will ask you to provide all the details of the meeting, including, type of meeting, time, date, information about recruit, etc. Click below for the form and to read more details about the program.
